The Government of Indonesia through its Oil and Gas Department or MIGAS and The National Education Department or Depdiknas in collaboration with Petronas is offering full time scholarships for studies in Malaysia towards the following degrees :

General selection criteria are as follows;

1. Age Not exceeding 23 years old on date of application
2. Marital Status Single
3. Academic Qualification Must have passed High School Level Examination (GCE O'Level/ SMA equivalent), and / or Tes Potensi Akademik from major universities in Indonesia
4. Language Proficiency Good command of English (oral & written)
5. Course of Study To follow any one of the above courses offered by University Teknologi Petronas (UTP)

The scholarships are offered to students to further their education and upon completion to serve either with Petronas or the Government of Indonesia in any of the designated departments, subsidiaries, companies, organizations or institutions for a period to be agreed upon.

PROGRAM COMMUNITY COLLEGE SUMMIT INITIATIVE

Biro Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Departemen Luar Negeri Amerika Serikat mengumumkan adanya program Community College Summit Initiative. Program baru pertukaran pendidikan bertaraf international ini memberikan kesempatan kepada warga Brazil, Mesir, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turki dan Afrika Selatan untuk belajar di suatu Community College di Amerika untuk mengembangkan keahlian profesi mereka.

Bidang yang ditawarkan: Business Management and Administration; Tourism and Hospitality Management; Health Professions, including Nursing; Media; Information Technology; Security dan Public Safety; dan Engineering Science.

PERSYARATAN

Untuk mendaftarkan diri, peserta harus:
Telah lulus SMA;
Mempunyai pengalaman kerja di bidang yang relevan dengan program yang mereka inginkan;
Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris yang cukup untuk mengikuti program yang merupakan mata kuliah di tingkat akademis dengan program Bahasa Inggris intensif selama 6 bulan di Amerika;
Menyerahkan formulir pendaftaran yang sudah diisi; dan
Minimum Institutional TOEFL score 500 atauTOEIC score 650 (score yang berlaku harus kurang dari 2 tahun).

PROGRAM DI AMERIKA

Program Community College Summit Initiative menyediakan tiket pesawat pulang pergi ke Amerika, biaya hidup selama mengikuti pendidikan bahasa, pendidikan akademis dan profesi serta training yang ditawarkan, biaya mengikuti program, asuransi kesehatan dan biaya mengikuti kegiatan kebudayaan. Peserta akan mengikuti program bersama dalam satu kelompok yang di suatu community college pilihan. Program bervariasi jangka waktunya antara 6 bulan sampai 1 tahun dan peserta akan mendapatkan sertifikat atau ijasah Diploma. Peserta diharuskan untuk kembali ke negara asal setelah program berakhir dan tidak diperbolehkan untuk langsung meneruskan ke jenjang pendidikan S1 di universitas di Amerika.

PROSES SELEKSI

Kedutaan Besar di Afrika Selatan dan kantor komisi Fulbright di Brazil, Mesir, Indonesia, Pakistan, dan Turki bertanggungjawab untuk mempromosikan program dan menerima pendaftaran dan penominasian peserta untuk pertimbangan lebih lanjut. Ahli pendidikan di Amerika akan melakukan seleksi dan keputusan penempatan untuk disetujui oleh Biro Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Amerika.

AMINEF melakukan pendaftaran program ini atas nama Biro Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Amerika Departemen Luar Negeri Amerika Serikat. Silahkan mengirimkan formulir pendaftaran(formulir asli dan dua fotokopi) ke AMINEF dengan melampirkan dokumen dibawah ini:
- Formulir aplikasi yang sudah diisi.
- Fotokopi hasil tes TOEFL yang paling baru, masih berlaku dan kurang dari 2 tahun.

Biro Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Departemen Luar Negeri Amerika Serikat mengumumkan adanya program Community College Summit Initiative. International self-financing students may apply for admission to

Quota Scheme:

The Norwegian Quota Scheme is a funding scheme offered by the Norwegian

December 2008, with studies starting August 2009.



Applicants should come from institutions in the South with cooperation
