Degree students:
International self-financing students may apply for admission to
Bachelor’s and Master's Degree programmes. The application deadlines for
the 2009 admission is:
-1 December 2008 for Master's Degree programmes
-1 February 2009 Bachelor's Degree programmes

There are no tuition fees at the University of Oslo, however
self-financing international applicants to our Bachelor's and Master's
Degree programmes are required to document sufficient funding in order
to cover their living expenses in Norway. For more information please

Quota Scheme:
The Norwegian Quota Scheme is a funding scheme offered by the Norwegian
Government to students from developing countries, Central and Eastern
Europe, and former Soviet states for studies at institutions of higher
education in Norway. Application deadline for the Quota Scheme is 1
December 2008, with studies starting August 2009.
Applicants should come from institutions in the South with cooperation
agreements with the University of Oslo.

Unfortunately the University of Oslo does not offer the MBA Degree or
any other business related studies. The Norwegian School of Management,
which is also located in Oslo, is an institution in Norway that offers
business studies as a full time study. You can find information on their
